New stuff we are eager to play with: Bronze and steel clay, faux bone, glass clay...what the heck is glass clay?
Beads of Courage workshops begin next week. Pat, Michelle, me, and Kim are meeting on Friday. Help is always welcome. Our goal is 1000 beads to donate at the ISGB conference in July. But this is a long term project so volunteers will be needed beyond . Interested?

News from the artist studios

Sherry Serafini won't be teaching in Rochester this coming November. We are rescheduling for after the first of the year, probably close to spring.

Hadar's September and October workshops almost filled.

More of the good stuff and some not so

The weather's been wonderful, but not exactly conducive to finishing my income taxes!
It's hard to stay indoors. Elaine Royer brought the outdoors in. From her garden, the largest daffodils I've ever seen . Lovely.

I will look into why the glass shipment has been held up yet again. But the Paragon kilns are here and on display . 7 skids delivered at one time.....bit of a space crunch, but we're back on track and shelving is ordered.

We are all looking forward to the ISGB Gathering in July and August.
For those who have an interest in hot glass, you need to be here for the conference or public events. Look for more details on our website, on ISGB website, and here.

Holy Smokes, it's Spring !

Upstate New York's been sprung from the throes of winter !
Temperatures in the upper 80's through Easter and on into today mean the daffodils are up and early magnolias are in bloom. So nice.
Been outside on the deck reading and relaxing all weekend.
